Il s\u2019agit en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 d\u2019une brioche parfum\u00e9e \u00e0 la fleur d\u2019oranger, recouverte de sucre et de fruits confits.<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019ai essay\u00e9 plusieurs recettes ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, et je dois dire que cette brioche est extr\u00eamement moelleuse, un vrai succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Savez-vous d\u2019o\u00f9 vient la tradition de tirer les rois\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>A l\u2019origine, c\u2019est lors d\u2019une f\u00eate romaine c\u00e9l\u00e9brant les Saturnales (f\u00eate en l\u2019honneur de l\u2019allongement des jours apr\u00e8s le solstice d\u2019hiver) que le g\u00e2teau des rois a fait son apparition.<\/p>\n<p>A cette occasion, les ma\u00eetres et les esclaves partageaient un g\u00e2teau rond fourr\u00e9 de figues de dattes et de miel dans lequel se cachait une f\u00e8ve. Etant d\u2019origine proven\u00e7ale, ces 2 ingr\u00e9dients \u00e9taient incontournables pour cette recette\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>La recette de la Brioche des rois<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>50 g de sucre<\/li>\n<li>90 g de lait<\/li>\n<li>2 oeufs<\/li>\n<li>15g de levure de boulanger fra\u00eeche<\/li>\n<li>350 g de farine T45<\/li>\n<li>1 cs de fleur d&rsquo;oranger<\/li>\n<li>sel<\/li>\n<li>100 g de beurre<\/li>\n<li>150 g de fruits confits vari\u00e9s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>D\u00e9coration:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cs de nappage neutre<\/li>\n<li>150 g de fruits confits vari\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>sucre en grains<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>1 &#8211; Si comme moi, vous poss\u00e9dez une machine \u00e0 pain, il suffit de mettre tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans la machine (en respectant l\u2019ordre\u00a0: liquides + sel, farine et en dernier la levure) de mettre le programme p\u00e2te. (allez ensuite \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tape 2)<\/p>\n<p>Sinon,\u00a0 m\u00e9langez le lait (ti\u00e9di) avec la levure. Rajouter le sucre, les \u0153ufs, la farine et la fleur d\u2019oranger. P\u00e9trir 5 bonnes minutes afin d\u2019obtenir un m\u00e9lange souple et \u00e9lastique.<\/p>\n<p>Rajoutez ensuite le beurre (pommade) et p\u00e9trissez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que celui-ci soit bien incorpor\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Laissez ensuite reposer environ 1h \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2 &#8211;
